What You’ll Do
- Design and carry out individualized occupational therapy plans of care
- Work hands-on with patients to maximize function and independence
- Collaborate with team members and partner organizations to achieve outstanding outcomes
What You Bring
- Ability to manage a physical workload
- Strong rapport-building skills with a diverse caseload
- Current MN occupational therapy license
- CPR certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Passion for patient-centered care

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
